PROMENADE EN CHAMPAGNE

Hsiang always focuses on the relationship between human and nature. The concept of PROMENADE EN CHAMPAGNE collection is based on Taiwanese chef Alain Huang’s knowledge regarding Champagne in France, where he had precious years of culinary learning journey. With an abstract mindset, the landscape of Champagne has been revisited and the image of the famous sparkling wine has been renewed to create these six pieces of artworks: "Bulles", "Mousse", "Reims", "Marne" "Sézanne" and “Aube”.

The design is made of the scraps of marble industry, ground into marble powder and mixed with resin, transforming in this way the waste into sculpture trays of completely new form.
